The Operator undertakes to ensure that all emails sent through the "news via email" service include the following elements:

• identification of the Operator sending the emails
• a functional email address from which the email was sent
• a valid email address where the User can directly and effectively send messages to the Operator
• a prominently placed unsubscribe link for automated unsubscription, allowing the User to express their preference not to receive further emails.
• The Operator also undertakes to ensure that all commercial communications sent in email messages via the "news via email" service to its customers contain, in addition to the above-mentioned elements, a clear and distinct designation as a commercial communication.
