CNC Turning

For CNC turning, our company is equipped with the Kovosvit MAS Masturn 54CNC lathe, a Czech-made machine known for its ease of operation, suitable for single-piece and small-batch production. Machining can be performed in manual control mode or automatically via a CNC system controlled by Heidenhain, operating with fixed cycles. With a maximum turning length of 850 mm and a maximum machining diameter of 500 mm, it can handle workpieces weighing up to 1000 kg. Tool holders are used for clamping, which are positioned in the turret head, ensuring fast and precise positioning of tools.

Additional turning machines include the conventional SV18R and SUI50 lathes. The SV18R lathe is used for light roughing and finishing operations on smaller parts with lower weights, while the SUI50 is utilized for machining large and heavy components. It is a highly rigid machine, allowing for drilling larger diameter holes with big drills and setting larger cutting widths during roughing. This machine also includes a crane, which facilitates handling and clamping of heavy workpieces into the chuck.
We focus on batch, custom, and prototype production for clients from various industrial sectors.
We are an engineering company with a long-standing tradition, and our experience dates back to the year 2001 when we entered the market.
We utilize highly modern technologies for milling, turning, machining, and grinding, supported by CAD/CAM software.
